NovaBid in Claude
Plan a business stay in Edinburgh from Claude
NovaBid can be added to Claude as a custom connector. Claude can then explain how NovaBid works, check whether we cover a city, and prepare your trip request with the details filled in. You check it and post it yourself.

Prepare a trip request
A summary of your trip and a link to the NovaBid trip form with the city, dates, budget and needs filled in. You open it, check it and post it yourself.
It only reads. It never posts a trip, books a room or takes a payment.
How to add it
- In Claude, on the web or in the desktop app, open Settings and go to Connectors.
- Choose Add custom connector.
- Name it NovaBid and paste the address below.
- Choose the option without sign-in. The connector is public and read-only.
- Save it, then switch NovaBid on in a chat from the connectors menu.

Whether you can add a custom connector depends on your Claude plan and, at work, on your organisation’s settings. Claude’s help centre has the current details.

What is sent to NovaBid
When Claude uses the connector, it sends only what the tool needs: the city, dates, number of guests and rooms, budget and any needs you mention. Not your name or email address.
We use those details to answer and do not save them in our database. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (such as IP address, time and page).
The link Claude gives you carries the trip details in the web address, so they stay in your browser history. Your conversation with Claude is held by Anthropic under its own terms, not ours.
